Where It All Began...

At the start of every year, I, like most people, take the time to reflect back on my successes over the previous year and I am truly lucky to have been showered with many successes. Nearly $54 million in sales, 103 individual transactions, and countless new friends! J While I look back on 2016, I can’t help but think about how it all started…

Going back more years than I care to divulge right now…I started in real estate by doing the hard foot work (and I do mean foot – I still feel those blisters!) that most agents have had to do to get to a level of success where this crazy business becomes more than just making ends meet. In a turn of events that could only be labeled as fate, I started sitting open houses in Circle C Ranch. Eventually, that turned into meeting some of my first clients, and then some of my first listings, and then some of my first closings, until now where I (humbly) admit, my face is one of the most recognizable in all of Circle C. (Yes, I’m the lady with the pinned up dark hair and the purple dress!).

Getting started and continuing to work in Circle C over the years has been one of the most treasured crowning achievements I’ve had in my career – and I’m so thankful for everyone’s support! (SHOUT OUT TO ALL OF MY CLEINTS – you’ve truly become friends!) What I love most about Circle C is it’s just 15 minutes from downtown and still has an extraordinary array of destinations for leisure, entertainment, and shopping.

Whether it’s La Crosse, Circle C North, The Hielscher, or the Golf Club Estates, each neighborhood has their own unique characteristics, feature magnificent homes by award-winning builders, tranquil tree-lined streets, and walking trails that are as perfect for a morning jog as they are for an evening stroll. Members of the Homeowners’ Association enjoy exclusive access to a host of private amenities, including a community center, a family-friendly resort-style pool, and an outdoor Olympic-size swimming center.

Though I’m not too much of either…sports and outdoor enthusiasts can tee off at the prestigious Grey Rock Golf Club, take to the courts at the Grey Rock Tennis Club, bike and hike along the 3.1-mile Veloway, or simply enjoy a relaxing day at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center or the Slaughter Creek Metropolitan Park.

When your To-Do list is daunting, Austin’s first truly sustainably designed retail center, Escarpment Village, offers one-stop-shopping for everyday needs from banking and dry cleaning to groceries and pet supplies. Indulgence is also on hand at salons specializing in luxurious beauty treatments. (You may or may not find me there on occaison!)

Of course, as many of my clients, friends, and future buyers know – the schools in Circle C are PHENOMENAL! Kiker and Clayton elementary schools, which are accessible via community walking trails, and the Gorzycki Middle School are all very highly ranked and give an even better sense of community.

Circle C Ranch is a community with something for residents of all ages and interests. From world-class sports and recreation to everyday conveniences and its breathtaking setting at the edge of Hill Country, it is among Southwest Austin’s finest places to call home. So when you’re in the neighborhood on a Sunday and you see the dark-haired lady in a purple dress looking over her shoulder, follow the arrows and stop for a visit! We can sit and talk more about why Circle C is BEST AUSTIN HAS TO OFFER!  I can’t wait to see you. Talk Soon!! – Ashley
