A Dream of Barton Creek

On a sunny afternoon, if you find yourself at either end of Barton Creek Boulevard, as I often do, take a drive along the sweeping avenue and take in all that grandeur that makes Barton Creek one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in all of Austin. I always lose my breath as you take that first slope down when heading in off of Bee Caves Road and seeing the Cliffside vistas, the wide-spanning bridge with untouched greenery below, and the lazily winding creek that offers this Shangri-La its name. You can lose yours too if your drive home looked like this…
I suppose it’s my love of this neighborhood that has led to my success here. In 2016, no other Austin agent had more sold listings than I did, and I set the standard when it came to days on market*. When I say I know this area, I know this area! And at the end of the day, stats don’t lie! I don’t use that as a badge of honor or as a means to garner further respect, but I count myself proud to know that I’ve worked that hard for my clients.
