A Tale of Two Properties

I got my start in real estate in Southwest Austin, which includes the renowned, master-planned Circle C Ranch, the neighborhoods of Legend Oaks and Villages of Western Oaks, and so many others! I always feel as though I have a second – and third, fourth, fifth, sixth…hundredth! – home when I’m selling in Southwest Austin. The one neighborhood, though, that I have actually found a home I love is Meridian.

Beautifully appointed homes, spacious yards, greenbelts and trails (some coming right up to your back door!), community amentities, and a school just steps from your door, Meridian offers so much more than modern homes. There’s such a great sense of community here that I have always felt and am proud to share with my clients and friends as they look to join in the fun!

With the proven strategy that my team and I employ, I’m happy to report that no one’s sold here more in the last year! …but enough about me… Meridian oftentimes gets grouped in with such communities as Avana, or Greyrock, but I’m here to tell you that THERE’S NO COMPARISON!
