Circle C Ranch is a master planned community with more than 6,000 houses that has been curated since the late 1980s (and still has communities being added on to today). Neighborhoods like Avana, Meridian and Greyrock have been added in recent years and the newest AISD elementary school, Bear Creek Elementary, was just added in 2020. The other 3 local elementary schools are some of the top schools in the district and clients often ask specifically for help finding a home zoned to Kiker Elementary, Clayton Elementary or Mills Elementary. If you’re past that phase of life, Goryzcki is the local middle school and Bowie High School is nearby down Slaughter Lane.

Circle C is a great place for outdoor recreation, with four community pools (including the only heated outdoor Olympic-sized pool in Southwest Austin) and 500 acres of parks and green space, there’s something for anyone who simply wants to get outdoors.
