If you haven’t noticed, the Austin real estate market is in full swing right now. Sales are up across Austin, in numbers higher than we’ve seen to date in 2021. Homes are selling fast and for more money. It’s the time of year when I tell my clients, “if you’re thinking of buying or selling this year, let’s get started” so they don’t miss out on the time when people are planning the year ahead.
